Auto-refill
Off by default. When enabled, ANNA buys a new 5,000 credit pack ($500) once your balance drops below 200 credits.
It is usage-based, not a fixed subscription, and can be turned off anytime in your billing settings.
Free trial
New users get 700 credits free to test ANNA.
No payment card required, and the trial never turns into a charge.
Refunds
Full refund within 48 hours if no credits have been used, unused credits refundable pro-rata.
