Do messages from fans cost credits?
No. Credits only count what ANNA sends. Reading, processing, and understanding incoming messages is free. A fan can write you a novel, your credits won't move.
Why does a content with a caption cost 2 credits?
Because it's two sends: the content (1 credit) and the teasing message that sells it (1 credit). Each action ANNA performs is one unit, that's the whole system.
Do Boosts really cost nothing?
Really. A follow-up goes out to every fan on your account, delivered individually, personalized and consumes 0 credits regardless of fanbase size.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 60 days from purchase. Free credits let you test everything.
What happens when I run out?
ANNA pauses, you're never charged without buying.
Can I get a refund?
