Review · prices checked October 2026
The $99 a month, the 8%, and what it really costs, compared with ANNA.
A disclosure before anything else: we are the team behind ANNA, a competing OnlyFans chat bot, and every factual claim about FlirtFlow below is taken from flirtflow.ai. Like ANNA, FlirtFlow is an AI that chats and sells on its own, so this is one of the two real head-to-heads on this blog. The short answer: FlirtFlow is a fully autonomous OnlyFans chat bot priced at $99 a month per creator plus an 8% commission on the sales its AI generates, 10% on Fansly, with the first $50 of usage free. This review covers what it does, the real monthly cost, the compliance and attribution questions, who owns it, and how it compares to ANNA on cost and control.

Quick verdict
Paid with a share of your sales, measured by the vendor. If you want an AI that runs the inbox end to end, with persistent memory and multilingual replies, FlirtFlow does that, and you can try it on $50 of free usage without a call. What keeps this review cautious is the bill: a fixed fee plus a commission on sales that FlirtFlow itself attributes to its AI, with no published definition of what counts.
Genuinely autonomous selling, PPVs and custom requests included. A self-serve start with $50 of usage free. Multilingual replies. Memory that persists across a fan's whole history, and a paced "drip" approach to selling.
An 8% commission, 10% on Fansly, measured by the vendor. No published definition of an "AI-generated sale". Built by an agency that competes with its own agency customers. No independent reviews found when we checked. Older write-ups still quote $49 or a $1,000 setup fee.
Larger agencies comfortable with revenue-share pricing and able to reconcile the attribution against their own statements. Less obvious for anyone who wants a bill they can predict before the month starts.
What is FlirtFlow?
FlirtFlow is an AI chat bot that connects directly to a creator's OnlyFans account and handles conversations end to end, sending PPVs and fielding custom requests, without a human approving each message. Its site presents it as built by NEO Agency, an OnlyFans management agency, drawing on that agency's own experience.
The headline capabilities, as the vendor describes them: persistent memory across a fan's history, persona-matching to the creator's voice, multilingual replies, and a paced "drip-method" approach to selling rather than a hard push. One third-party review ranks it the best tool for automated drip sequences and notes that setup takes longer than with some competitors. We report both as that reviewer's view.
FlirtFlow pricing in 2026
The current pricing on flirtflow.ai's homepage: $99 per month per creator, plus an 8% commission on the OnlyFans sales the AI generates, 10% on Fansly, with the first $50 of usage free when you connect an account. Agency and enterprise pricing is quote-only, so the published self-serve tier stops at one creator.
Two older numbers still circulate and deserve a flag. An older pricing page on flirtflow.ai itself still describes a $49 fixed fee plus 8%, and several third-party write-ups quote that $49, or a $1,000 per-creator onboarding fee. Neither matches the current homepage, which lists $99 and a self-serve setup "in minutes". Treat $99 plus 8% as the price, and ask FlirtFlow to confirm it in writing before you connect a high-earning account.
$99, on top of the commission.
8% of the sales the AI generates on OnlyFans, 10% on Fansly, as defined by FlirtFlow.
The first $50 of usage is free, self-serve, no demo call.
Quote-only. The published price covers one creator.
The real math
Take one creator with $6,000 of monthly chat revenue attributed to the AI. FlirtFlow's cut is $99 plus 8% of $6,000, so $480, for $579 that month, on top of OnlyFans' own 20% platform cut. At $20,000 of AI-attributed sales, it is $1,699. The fixed part is small; the commission is what grows.
That is a revenue-share cost that rises in dollars as the account grows, not a fixed bill. In its structure it is closer to what a human chatter on commission costs than to a flat-fee tool, which is worth naming, because the whole point of an AI chat bot is usually to escape exactly that model.
Is FlirtFlow safe and compliant on OnlyFans?
OnlyFans does not publish an approval for autonomous chat tools, and a bot with full send authority and no human review sits at the higher-risk end of the spectrum compared with a supervised setup. That applies to FlirtFlow, and it applies to ANNA. When we checked, FlirtFlow's marketing used "Compliance Assurance" language; no third-party vendor can guarantee enforcement outcomes it does not control, and we would not claim it either.
Our position for any tool that chats on its own: it works if you keep the controls. With ANNA you set the rules and the floor price, you see every conversation, and a human can take over any thread at any time. Weigh that for whichever tool you pick. How ANNA keeps you in control.
The attribution question
This is the specific, sourced concern. FlirtFlow's public site does not define what qualifies as an AI-generated sale, the attribution window, or how a sale is credited when a human chatter takes over mid-conversation. The party setting that definition is the party being paid 8% on it.
Anyone considering FlirtFlow should ask for those rules in writing, and reconcile the invoiced commission against their own OnlyFans statements for the first couple of months before scaling it to a roster. That is not an accusation. It is the minimum due diligence on any revenue share you cannot measure yourself.
Who owns FlirtFlow, and does it matter?
FlirtFlow's site presents the tool as built by NEO Agency, an OnlyFans management agency, and when we checked, it named Shiz Consulting LLP as the legal entity and stated that it has no affiliation with Fenix International Limited, OnlyFans' parent company.
The structural point is fair to raise and easy to overstate: an agency-owned chat tool sold to other agencies and creators is a conflict-of-interest question worth asking, especially about what happens to conversation data, not an accusation of misconduct. We found no independent reviews or Trustpilot profile at the time of writing, which cuts both ways: nothing confirmed, nothing refuted.
FlirtFlow vs the wider AI chat market
Three families of tools get cross-shopped here. Human-in-the-loop copilots that draft replies for a chatter to send, like Infloww and OnlyMonster. Flat-fee tools with no revenue share. And autonomous chat bots on a commission, which is FlirtFlow's family, alongside Substy and Supercreator's autopilot tier.
FlirtFlow's defining trait is full autonomy plus a commission. ANNA is in the autonomous family too, with the other pricing model: credits per message and 0% commission. The comparison below is on that difference.
FlirtFlow vs ANNA
Both tools answer fans and close sales on their own, so the comparison is on the axes that decide the real cost and the real control.
Who should use FlirtFlow
FlirtFlow's multilingual coverage and its enterprise tooling may suit a large, established agency that is already comfortable with revenue-share pricing and disciplined about reconciling attribution every month.
Creators and agencies who want a cost they can predict before the month starts, no percentage of their sales going to a vendor, full visibility into every conversation, and their own floor price as a hard boundary should start with the ANNA free trial, 700 credits and no card, on one model, and compare the real numbers directly. What ANNA does on an account.
FlirtFlow alternatives
Depending on what you were hoping FlirtFlow would do for you, the alternative is not always the same tool.
An OnlyFans chat bot that replies in under 20 seconds, negotiates PPVs above your floor and takes 0% commission. Unlimited models on one account. See the features.
Also an AI that chats and sells on its own, with a $0 Starter plan at 15% commission, dropping to 8.5% on the $99 plan. OnlyFans and Fanvue. Our Substy review.
Free for up to 10 accounts, with paid AI tiers that add a 5% commission on AI sales. Our Supercreator review.
Paid with a share you cannot measure yourself. FlirtFlow runs the inbox on its own, and its cost is a revenue share it measures itself, with attribution and compliance questions worth asking before you connect a high-earning account. ANNA offers the same 24/7 autonomous coverage with 0% commission, everything visible, and a floor price you control. Start free on one account and compare on your own numbers.
FAQ

$99 a month per creator, plus an 8% commission on the OnlyFans sales its AI generates, 10% on Fansly, with the first $50 of usage free. Agency and enterprise pricing is quote-only. Older write-ups quoting $49 a month no longer match the current homepage.
Not according to its current homepage, which lists $99 a month plus 8% and a self-serve setup "in minutes" with $50 of free usage. The $1,000 onboarding fee still circulates in some third-party write-ups and appears to be outdated. Ask FlirtFlow to confirm in writing.
OnlyFans does not publish an approval for autonomous chat tools, and a bot with full send authority sits at the higher-risk end compared with a supervised setup. That is true of FlirtFlow and of any autonomous chat bot, ANNA included. FlirtFlow's "Compliance Assurance" wording is marketing; no vendor can guarantee enforcement it does not control.
FlirtFlow's site presents it as built by NEO Agency, an OnlyFans management agency, and when we checked it named Shiz Consulting LLP as the legal entity, with a stated no-affiliation disclaimer towards OnlyFans' parent company. An agency-owned tool sold to other agencies is a conflict-of-interest question worth asking, not an accusation.
Yes. Both are AIs that chat and sell on their own; the difference is the bill and the control. ANNA charges 0% commission with pay-as-you-go credits instead of $99 plus 8%, gives you a floor price on every account, and shows every message and every dollar on the dashboard, with a human able to take over any thread. ANNA runs on OnlyFans only.
Sources and methodology
Every FlirtFlow pricing and feature claim was checked against flirtflow.ai's homepage, its features and pricing pages, and the self-serve signup for the free-credit claim, in October 2026. Where an older page or a third-party write-up contradicts the current homepage, we say so and go with the homepage. Claims drawn from third-party reviews are attributed as that source's view. This article was written by ANNA's own team, as disclosed at the top, and we will correct any factual error FlirtFlow points out.
